3. Service Agreements

All services are provided under specific service agreements that detail scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs. These agreements form part of these Terms.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, designs, and documentation, remain our property or that of our licensors. Client data and content remain the property of the client.

6. Warranty and Liability

Our services are provided with warranties as specified in individual service agreements. To the extent permitted by Canadian law, we limit our liability to:

• The amount paid for the specific service in question
• Direct damages proven to result from our negligence
• Warranty terms specified in equipment manufacturer agreements

7. Service Level Agreements

Support services are provided according to agreed service levels, including:

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Termination notices must be provided in writing according to agreed notice periods.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, subject to any mandatory arbitration provisions in specific service agreements.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
